Before confirming, check the product name, selling format, number of packs or cases, total quoted amount and agreed delivery details with the team. Let us know promptly if you need to change the request.

When your beverages arrive

Check the products and quantities against the details agreed with our team. Follow the storage instructions on the product label.

• If something is missing, incorrect or visibly damaged, contact the team with the relevant product and order details.
• Keep the packaging and any relevant photos to help the team understand the issue.
• The team will explain the available resolution and any applicable return or replacement conditions.
